Welcome to Walmart. You’ll find the lowest costs, but you still pay a price.
So here’s an idea: how about call-ahead returns? I know that some retail outlets are finding success through their on-line ordering systems where you pick up the product in-store. So why not reverse engineer it?
Log your return online, the retailer’s website will generate a receipt for you to bring to the store, they scan it, cash you out and voila…you are on your way.
I love efficiency.
