Instead, I’m just telling you to get your business on Twitter. Now.
Why? Because I want to know more about your attitude and aptitudes. And I can find that out by looking at the way you actually interact with customers and prospects on Twitter. If I’m checking out your website (ie: I’m a prospect) and I can’t link over to your Twitter profile, you are at an extreme disadvantage to your competitors (yes, I’m evaluating them too).
This is what educated consumers do now.
