Here’s a picture of a Snapple cap. You know them, they make the juices and iced teas “made from the best stuff on Earth.”
Snapple has a cute gimmick going on with their caps. On the bottom of each one is a “Real Fact” such as ‘More turkeys are raised in California than in any other state in the United States.’ Hmm.
The other thing about their caps is the standard safety button that ‘pops up when original seal is broken.’ I love pushing the button once it has popped up. I could do it for hours. It’s my bubble-wrap of choice, I guess. But it could be better.
What if the button made a sound? Once removed from the bottle (ie: once it has ‘popped up’ it could be a buzzer. And different caps could produce different tones, turning these wasted caps into fun and portable musical instruments. I’d write a Snapple ditty, record it on YouTube and watch it go viral (or not). Maybe a “Snapple Cap” version of Michael Jackson’s “Billy Jean?”
